In my opinion that method definitely can use for all 4D outlet.. The difference is, you must find the hot and cold number for each outlet.. In that method, cupin use 20 past draw for damacai, i'm using 25 past draw for magnum and do some modify to predict 4D nos.. Sometime 4D nos also appears in that method although cupin use it to predict 3D nos.. For toto outlet, singapore outlet i dont know how many past draw to find hot and cold number, maybe less than 20 or maybe more than 20.. You need to do some research to find it.. But i kindly recommended to play on the paper first because its hard to find a consistent result.. If the result experiment on your paper was not consistent for one month, so its mean you need to research more than 20 or more than 30 past result to find the right hot and cold number.. If the result was consistent with your experiment in the paper, so you can try to the real betting lottery.. But the important things on that method, you need to understand how the number rolling each other, understand the number position and its pattern.. If you manage to find the right hot and cold number but you still cannot understand properly the important things on that method, i think it hard to you to choose the right combination number to bet.. I never try it for all outlet, but cupin managed to won at damacai, me at magnum, so perhaps can use for another outlet...Good Luck!
