Mostly if the zero appear in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd prize, likely the double digit will appear in next draw. You can refer to previous draw in your game. 2)This is much harder to answer. It depend to the games that you are playing. But the pattern itself will not remain static for long time. It will always changing from draw to draw. I can see that hot and cold number will appear once in a month top prize. You need to check history of your game and it's really help.
